I used to drink sodas a lot when I was a kid. Not every day, but enough. Somewhere after 21, they lost their allure. Now the only time I'll drink a Coke is I'm falling asleep at my desk. And even then I'll try a cup of tea first. Don't much care for them now.

And yeah, they're not good for you. I've heard they lower bone density. Don't know if that's true, but I wouldn't be surprised if they caused kidney troubles.

Time for another glass of wine. For medicinal purposes.

Have any of you ever had kidney stones? Well, my daughter has had 2 attacks of kidney stones and the pain was the worst pain she has ever been through. The Dr. said that dark soda's and dark juices could cause them.

undercover: "Well, back to an all booze liquid diet for me...."

And the advantage of that diet is that scientists are all in agreement about what it will do to you. No surprise health warnings there.

WHOAH Sacrificial Loon,I wouldn't advice you or your loved ones drink Mercury until you watch this. I don't care what the West Virginia Coal Association tells you, and I usually do eveything they say.

That's just the neurons getting their shapeshifting powers!
