Faith has led to a lot of crazy stuff, murders, suffering,etc. At best, the socalled holy books or holy men could be viewed as directional pointers, leading to realities which can then be directly experienced, or not by the seeker. If a new aspect of reality is seen by the seeker, no faith is needed. If no deeper reality is experienced by the seeker, he can reject the writ or man as bogus, go agnostic, or carry on w the support of faith.
The main part of what i believe is because of direct experience. I have extrapolated a bit from there. I prefer to call the extrapolated part, theory. Whatever, i'm not LOOKING for truth, anymore. I feel like i have found. What i have isn't from men or gods. I did it myself, by trying many different things about which i read or was told.
