I once got a job I wanted because of poor scheduling on their part. I went in for my interview, sat there for an hour before they sent me home because they were "too busy" to see me. Told me to come back the next day so I did. Sat there for another hour when they again said "sorry, it's just too busy right now" (it was a restaurant). I said "I'll wait it out!" and proceeded to sit there for THREE HOURS...not one eye roll or complaint, I just kept reassuring them I didn't mind waiting...so by the time the owner got to me he didn't even ask any questions, he just gave me the job.

Actually I had a pretty good day today and since I'm off for the weekend, it's even better.
However, I've had my fair share of sucky days. So you have my sympathy. Sorry the world is at odds with you. Hope it changes soon!!
