thank forscher and all for your great reassuring comments.... and yes, I'm df'd and as my brother's PO told me, that has nothing to do with my son; meaning he could come visit my baby and wife anytime he wished.... haha i cant help but laugh if the PO approaches my bro regarding my midnight phone call...
