They have a very harsh leadership that behaves like a company board, any one opposing them is swiftly expelled for the mere fact of opposing them, what one actually has to say is not at all important as to its merits or flaws. That feels very much like a private company rather than god's own organisation. Power is totally centralised, dissension is absolutely resented and forbidden. Not a tolerant loving christian church but a cold calculating business ineptly trying to don a religious nature.
