What is pornea??I've heard this term before and I never knew exactly what it meant.Why is it diffrant than fornication??Why when people go to JC do they have to find out if it's been committed??Is it worse to commit fornication or pornea?Can you do one without the other??

I was born and rasied a JW.I DA ed in 97 and I never had a JC.I never even spoke to the elders about anything except to say hi.I've heard this term a lot.On here and at the meetings but I don't remeber now what it is or what you have to do to be DF ed for it.

Its anything you do thats both naughty and pleasurable but cannot be described as adultery or fornication.

So rubbing your bits or rubbing someone elses bits, kissing, licking nibbling or otherwise pleasuring yourself or anyone else in any possible way you can think of that is not technically adultery or fornication. If you enjoy it, sitting on the waching machine when its on spin cycle is pornea. If you dont enjoy it, then you are just doing the washing.

Porneia is a term the WTS uses for a larger group sexual behaviors that are considered df'able. Fornication is one of those behaviors in the larger group called "porneia."

When I was growing up in the 1950s and 1960s, fornication (pornea or porn) was defined as having sex with another person when one is not married, and adultery was having sex with someone other than your marriage mate. Technically, however, the Greeks, Jews, and later on Muslims and other ancient cultures found ways to make almost any sexual stimulation an act of fornication, whether done with oneself, another human (whether heterosexual or homosexual) or with an animal.

A terrible sexual sin is where you have sex with your partner over a period of, say, a couple of months and you never have a single orgasm. He has committed a terrible sexual sin and you can get him executed for it.

Or is it excommunicated, cant remember.
