    There is a lot of deceiving going on and they learn from their mother in brooklyn, it is called Theocratic warfare.

    Did not Jehovah condemn the Jews in Malachi for dumping their wives for a younger model?

    Let's be fair. The Bible principle is that unforgiven adultery breaks/ends the marriage commitment for both the guilty and innocent party. This is not a WT contrivance. The real issue here is how God now views the adulterous one. That is where one's real concern should lie not with how the WTS views it.

    Many years ago my first wife divorced me (both of us JWs) on unscriptural grounds. Years later, we both were declared Scripturally free to marry another after I confessed an affair that I had prior to becoming a JW. My ex-wife stated she would have divorced me at the time had she known.
