  Something that bugged me the other day.

  But I always tip'd a real tip with it.

  Mostly it's a convenient way to "witness" while you eat.

  a couple of years ago when this guy was a younger we were friends.

  i am married with kids, but some witness friends of mine still attend his matches.. he is fighting next saturday night, always a big talker and showman.

  I'm not sold on the European fighters yet.

  I like Hatton, but like Calzaga and Pavlik an several others... I'm think the jury is still out on them.

  Hatton toasted that Russian guy, (name slips me right now)... and I became a fan of him.

  And I know that Calzaga knocked out Taylor.

  But to me, I'm just not flying out to Las Vegas to see these guys.

  I like Paulie because he knows how to sell a fight. Mayweather is the same way.

  When we were at the conventions, how many times did you hear stories about this person or that becoming Valedictorian - but then they turned down scholarships to Pioneer?

  I never met a organization that was so ashamed of success.

  I never met an organization where it was a badge of honor to be flat ass broke.

  I thought he would beat Cotto because Cotto looked like a skeleton at the weigh in.

  But Cotto just hits too damn hard to the body.

  But he's a horribly boring fighter.

  Boxing is starting to compete with MMA and you need exciting fighters.

  The ones that I think will drive boxing in the future is people like Paulie and maybe Paul "The Punisher" Williams.

  But what I think Paulie needs right now is a good rival.

  I think he should call out Cotto again.

  Been away for a while. Decided to pop back in.

  Me and you talked about Paulie before when he was just getting started.

  He took a pounding by Cotto, but looks like he's back on track.

  I couldn't believe he dismattled Ndo like that. That was pretty good.

  He looks a lot stronger now a days.

  the society and it's circuit overseers love to harp on about apostates being caught in the "trap of the birdcatcher".

  (psalm 91:3) but it is jw's who are hopelessly trapped in another, equally dangerous snare.

  proverbs 29: 25 "trembling at men is what lays a snare, but he that is trusting in jehovah will be protected.".

  I was talking to a friend of mine who I "brought" into the "truth." And then later "brought out" of the "truth."

  Anyway... I was joking to make a point - but I told him that the Watchtower should be making statues of me.

  Brothers should be giving talks about me saying, "SEE... look at THIS BROTHER (Me)... He doesn't care what any human says. He doesn't even care what the Governing Body says. Because HE is goes by what GOD says."

  My favorite illustration to try and explain to WT people...

  If you were living in the days of CT Russell...

  Would YOU celebrate Christmas? Or would you stand up and say, "Bad CT Russell... you should NOT be celebrating Christmas."

  Point being... it's a two edged sword for them.

  If they say... "I would celebrate Christmas because that's what the "organization" says - then they are doing wrong and following man.

  If they say... "I would stand up and condem CT Russell."

  They you say, "Well, that's what I'm doing."

  Unfortunately, they don't see the bravery of people willing to stand up to men (them) as a noble quality.

  I'm back... and OFF of Paxil. But memory loss??

  hey friends.... been a long time since i've posted.. some of you will remember me.. i still troll in from time to time.. one interesting thing, i'm finally off of paxil now.

  my depression was real bad after a bad experience at the borg.

  i was on about 40mg for about 5 years - which is a significante dossage.. about a year ago, i started weaing off and six months ago i went completely off of it.. i feel good and very refreshed.
