I have no doubts that an elder would run with is bible between his legs if confronted by any other cult/religion . Hell i did it years ago and i watched them turn all kinds of colors and run for their cars .
It doesn't take much,,,,lol

Nosferatu's Memorial Experience

i spent the evening downloading demonic music off the evil internet.
got some new tunes by thunder, xyz, steelheart, skid row, sex pistols, nightwish, jack off jill, firehouse, faster pussycat, and charade.

I sat in school and learned how to set broken bones and stabilize broken necks and that was boring ,but not as boring as the memorial.

Supporting those we love
by carla ini have a question for those who go to the memorial for loved ones.
i hear that they know how important it is to a loved one and want to show support, however, at what point would you not support your loved ones choices?
this is for non jw's as well.

Carla , i couldn't agree with you more and i would never attend for anyone, but for some that have jws for family, that is the only way to keep peace. Remember some of these people have their parents in this cult, and some parents are elderly and running out of time . Jws also like to play the guilt trip, so many go to just get parents or who ever off their back and then hopefully they can live in peace till the next memorial come's around.
Just as the wt does with it's guilt trip so does it's followers.

Their Memorial is today and they have invited me to their ceremony. I agreed to go out of sheer curiosity. I, then, asked my husband to come with me to Easter Mass on Sunday and he said, "no"...b/c he took an oath. I didn't think that was fair. I'm now debating whether or not to go tonight.
Well my feelings are that you can go to his Memorial out of respect for him then he should attend mass with you, but we are talking about a jw and with them it is all one sidded.
Tell him NO WAY that you will honor his request t if he cannot do the same for you.
