Please explain God's wisdom in Judges19;22-30

There really is no need to research any of it because there is no way possible to get a truthful answer. No one can explain any of it sufficently or with any accuracy. It may be in your best interest to just accept these fairy tales as just that... fairy tales and spend as little time as possible allowing them to affect your life and those you love.

Why read archaic propoganda about why one group is superior to another and that they have the stories to prove it? After all Bible God is the sickest motherfugger ever because he is a ruthless racist son of a bitch for most of the bible and the rest of the time he is a still a segregating and hating son of a bitch. It is worse than devoting your entire life to trying to understand Hitler

There will be no sufficent answer.. no matter how many passages like this that are pulled up there will never be a sufficent answer for someone who is not an apologist. They will not say that it is GODS fault... it will always be the human - even if the human does exactly what GOD tells him to do...

It tires me out trying to reason with bible thumpers... so I dont anymore. I am glad this board is full of people who ar emore determined than myself

exodus 9 then the lord said to moses, go to pharaoh and say to him, this is what the lord, the god of the hebrews, says: let my people go, so that they may worship me.

2if you refuse to let them go and continue to hold them back, 3the hand of the lord will bring a terrible plague on your livestock in the fieldon your horses, donkeys and camels and on your cattle, sheep and goats.

4but the lord will make a distinction between the livestock of israel and that of egypt, so that no animal belonging to the israelites will die.?.

Or like the magic bear that comes out the woods and kills 40 kids... did they all stand in line and wait their turn or did the bear spend the next 5 hours stalking them throughout the villages

Again this will be explained by bible thumpers like this... "Well well welll well maybe the Egyptians saw the Israelites cattle was still alive so they took it for themselves and then GOD killed those too... yeah yeah that is it

Yes they ask these questions of younger ones as well as the questions about homosexuals and sex and etc...

Yeah it is pretty ridiculous but howcan you be surprised that they want to shame people and make them feel small for who they are ort their current lot in life. Our district overseer discouraged our "International nights" where everyone would do something dance or make food that is synonymous with their culture. He said it caused divisions and tried to put one persons culture over another. HTen he went on to say that Latin dances were to provacative and that African Americans rap culture was degrading...

Hey cofty... I missed your response earlier I took her out to eat lol and she skipped memprial. This thread "theism makes science impossible"

She said she has never used a dictionary so much in her life... she is not ashamed to admit studying and reading was not her thing... she did however spend lots of time reasoning and researching things in it.

I think Terry and cofty's post have helped my family alot. Very thought provoking. My wife reading Terry's posts in particular made her literally stop going to the hall because one of them was somewhat prophetic. My sister as 2 days ago printed out a post of cofty's and we discussed it in her living room. She is pretty much done and is waiting to be df'ed lol.

lets all sing songs about how vengeful and destructive "our loving god" can be...along with cartoonish pictures...... all rejoice at the death of the evil people who used their "god-given free will", then got punished for doing so!.
