  i was never a jdubb, only a bible student.

  there are two main questions i have.

  let me preface that by saying that i do not believe the bible is true, or the word of god.

  f: whether it is fact or fiction.

  fair enough, there are aspects to these bible stories that appear to be embellishments. but when discussed as fact, can be seen as the parallel of wt methods, where actions of the leaders are always attributed to , or rendered to the deity, rather than the earthwhile actors.

  "jehovah" forgave David, how do we know that? "jehovah" supported the wt, how do we know that.

  look at the spectacular accomplishments of the rest of humanity. often done without free labour and tax free status.

  substitute " the name " with governing body, wt inc. sounds great.

  in Davids case substitute "the holy name" with "the army". sound plausible, barring credible divine testimony for it now.

  God who forgave David and allowed Jesus to be tortured and murdered— not the Watchtower.

  Accept the fact that theses are stories written by the victors. How can a repeat offender, having the blood (and foreskins) of 10s of thousands on his hands be the shining hero. might makes right.

  the opportunity to repent and avoid a death sentence

  tOH, there was no relief through repentance under the law, as Paul pointed out.

  it was the might of the army that shielded the kingly adulterer, murderer. and now wt favoured.***

  he lived to kill tens of thousand more innocents, big mistake. cleans the earth right away.
  *** they can argue, if the sins of david, (putting the ark on a cart) and all, can be forgiven, they, wt are forgiven too, as future kings. no matter what they do.

  Governing Body NOT going to heaven!

  the jw memorial takes place in 5 weeks time, and kh meetings resume on april 1st.. the worldwide campaign for spectators will kick off soon, so here are 3 questions to help jw's see the org's myth that their g.b.

  is going to be amongst a crowd of 144,001 melchizedek king/priests in heaven.. 1) a ransom only buys back what has been lost, so what exactly did adam lose?.

  2) how can jesus' ransom correspond with what adam lost, if it buys back far more than what was lost?.

  the other pink elephant in the room is of course, that the wt governing body is of the anointed wt generation* of 1914, that will pass away to heaven at the onset of the great tribulation. even before the attack on the churches, and the end at Armageddon.

  That of course will not happen if Jesus is right. He said the generation will pass away after all that has happened, after all. ( most early Christians did indeed survived the destruction of Jerusalem, the first and only fulfillment) so far.

  * and btw the original, first century generation did not require an overlap.

  so, who will be right, Jesus or wt? and

  Jesus said, eat and drink all of you. (all present were not anointed btw)

  so, who will be right, Jesus or wt?

  wt [forgotten] position is : By virtue of the ransom, the "anointed" have the right to life on earth (like Jesus, the "second Adam"). Jesus gave up his right to live forever on Earth.

  Like Jesus, the "anointed" sacrifice that right too, in order to go to heaven. The real question then is:

  If that is so, why are those that do not want to give up that perfect life, not allowed to partake of the ransom emblems too, in the first place? no nibble, no never dying, so,

  wt's look only wine passing does not allow "true christians" to even get to first base. out of luck.

  Where will the war in Ukraine lead to?

  there has been comments in the news recently that the war in ukraine could be the beginning to the world war three.. i would not be surprised if it is.

  .

  the bible says a time will come when the peace will be taken from the earth.. revelation 6:4 another came out, a fiery-colored horse, and it was granted to the one seated on it to take peace away from the earth so that they should slaughter one another, and he was given a great sword.. have you heard what possibly this war in ukraine could lead to?.

  The destruction of Jerusalem as described in the 3 Gospels 2000 years ago is not superstitious nonsense.

  f: yes, but the second fulfillment of wt interpretations do not fit. surely a creator that can fine tune natural law constants to 6 decimal places can make sure that "his" predictions or that in "his" book, or "his" spokesman, jw.org/wt inc are accurate?

  For the aviation enthusiasts, that have enjoyed flight, it would have been great just to see one soaring glider depicted in the wt paradise picture, but no, it is all hills and lakefront properties, no level landing strip in sight.

  yet isaiah 40:31 promises that humans will rise with wings like eagles, soaring on slopes and thermals.

  Icarus, eat your heart out. scripture bettered you.

  No beards...even Jesus! Strange Watchower rule for brothers!

  watchtower 1954 p.511 "why do watchtower publications now show jesus with short hair and no beard?

  because he is shown that way in older representations of him that are older then the traditional effeminate looking pictures.".

  watchtower 1968 p.286 "bible evidence and a recent review shows that jesus did have a beard..." charles russell style of beard was popular at bethel...till rutherford took over.

  imho. every male should grow a beard, on their bucket list, to know what it feels to let the masculinity rip. before you r.i.p. moment in time.

  The only 2 perfect men on earth had beards, for want of good razors. be the 3rd perfect man.

  "Somebody" needs to do "Something!"

  it's always unjustifiable for a country to attack another country without having first been attacked itself.. the nuremberg trials at the end of wwii made this clear.. more vividly too: following orders as a patriotic duty is never secondary to the pangs of your personal conscience.. .

  worst of all, hypocrisy destroys credibility when you.

  criticize other countries for doing what you have done.. .

  You can never under-estimate human's illogical devotion to some cause.

  The devotion to the cause of the weak. look at Europe now. First, Germany installed a communist educated lady as head of the conservative party, then she became head of the biggest Nato nation. "The most powerful lady in the world". ( wir schaffen das)

  Her lady defense minister, that squandered all the money, and left germany defenseless, was made head of the European Union, for more of the same., on a larger scale. you could not make that up, without being laughed at. in the meantime,

  Putin warned the other former colonies, The baltics to protect his embassies. Any riot there will become a reason to invade in order to protect the bear's interest. not invade, but be forced into the next " military action".
