  the october 2015 jw broadcast, hosted by gerrit losch is quite positive actually.a lot of focus on "field service" needs to be balanced with other good works - supporting those in need around you - either in the congregation (witnesses) or in your classroom or neighbors (non-witnesses).

  visiting and encouraging the sick and elderly is mentioned.

  jesus parable of the merciful samaritan is highlighted.

  I wont believe it as long as there is not a special campaign "refugee help", "help for the poor" with a distinct account for refugees where I can send my money. Otherwise the money goes always to the organisation and I cant decide what they make with it.

  The broadcast has shocked me, because the others are called "outsiders"

  So there is distinction between the "disciples of Jesus" "preachers" in the parable and the "outsiders".

  A religion that has it necessary to explain to its followers what is neighbourly love and labels them "outsiders" is strange. The Samaritanians are compared to outsiders?

  Of course the building of kingdom halls is "sacred service" and not the charity towards outsiders, that is not "sacred service". So why not concentrating your efforts in sacred service than otherwise to let your light shiiiiiinnnnnne, as the bro. beautiful pronounced it.

  Than: We have distaster relief service too that is also an activity of neighbourly love, and helping your brothers is neigbourly love too. So help goes first to the sisters and brothers.

  So thats good begin this help in disaster, but if that is all, its not sufficient. Where are the regulare compains, like sending pioneers to Lesbos in greece helping the refugees. Only preaching in refugee camps is not sufficient.

  "Does not the Management Committee of EAJW in Europe have the power

  "to contribute funds to give spiritual and incidental humanitarian assistance in particular to the poor, the homeless and the sick especially in under-developed countries"

  according to its constitution that is known to the United Nations and basis of its charity status?

  in june 1987, the united states court of appeals for the 9th circuit upheld the witnesses' right to shun those who fail to live by the group's standards and doctrines, upholding the ruling of a lower court, finding that "shunning is a practice engaged in by jehovah's witnesses pursuant to their interpretation of canonical text, and we are not free to reinterpret that text ... the defendants are entitled to the free exercise of their religious beliefs ... the members of the church [she] decided to abandon have concluded that they no longer want to associate with her.

  Does this law really say shunning ? Is it cited correctly?

  Shunning is legal according to US Court of Appeals!

  found that on Wikpedia "JW and congregational discipline"

  Does the US court not know what shunning means? Do they mistake it as mere "excommunication"?

  Where is the text of this embarrasing american law? Please send us a copy. We will send it to the

  Human Rights court on 12/10 Human Rights Day to clear what is "shunning" at all.

  Don let us hunt to death with dates. We have time. Its only a begin and it wil never end.
  The Human rights are always valid and can be always addressed.
  Better write and make a well checked, sound and legally on the point campain within the society and in the public than agitating and making errors.

  You should at the same time show respect of the R&F members who are in the religion and belief everything.
  The Human rights protect the members of the religion! We should not violate or destroy the reputation of the religion, think of the innocent children in the schools, how they could suffer, we were ourselves in the religion, dont forget, we should bring it to change itself

  It will be a tightrope walk! How long have we thought of a campaing like this and perhaps we will win.
  I am sure we will win, with diplomacy and protest and respect.

  proposal text for leaflet:

  A compaign with various initatives

  "Speak the Truth", "Armageddon", "Mass class DA." are names of our campaing, We all speak the truth.
  Various actions on many days

  9/1 Next service year – We are not longer......
  8/8 disassociate - Symbolic and real DA ..... "Armageddon"
  12/10 Human rights Day "Stop the Silence - Speak The Truth"
  
  Some of us will actually DA themselves and send personal letters to their congregations, other prefer to make anonymous statement using pseudonyms. Others will send leaflets to the congregations and headquarters and contact the public society. Why?

  i appreciate the work of the u.n.. jw appreciate and share the values of the u.n. too.. jw-attorneys submit country reports to the human rights committee.

  next session of the hrc will be from 9 october - 6 november 2015 in geneve, switzerland.. human rights committee .

  We could ask for establishment of a Human rights Commission who would engage in this problem and who could prepare the legal frame.

  BTW I am alread trying to prepare a sample letter to the U.N. ,

  sombody could write it in better english then.
