an update on the canada branch hasn't been made (i think).. year-over-year, canada's equity decreased by 11 million in 2012, 17 million in 2013.. however, the 2014 report shows a huge increase (20 million) in the cost of "purchased supplies.

" with the shrinkage of the mags, and the push to online, how the heck did this go from 39 million to 58 million?.

even with this number, the equity in 2014 went down by a staggering 56 million.. what the heck is going on?.

First of all I like czech beer "Staropramen" I like to drink it if I visit Czech, Liberec. Na zdraví!

Regarding to the refugee crisis let us hope that Czech and Austria will not get more refugees this year additionally than those in the plan to be relocated according to european scheme of relocation. +2978 (Czech),+3640 (Austria)compared to +31443 (Germany) of a total number of 160.000 to be resettled within EU-countries.
Today Juncker said before the Eu-Parliament: " they still represent just 0.11% of the total EU population.

I compared this numbers with the number of refugees that other country already have to care for according UNHCR:

Turkey (direct neighbour): 1,938.999 syrian refugees
Syria itself displaced refugees: 7,6 million refugees
Lebanon (neighbour): 1,172.753
Iraq (neighbour) 249.726 refugees
Egypt 132.375 refugees makes 16 Mio people in need of assistance!

In the beginning mostly young men, now families, the middle class is coming now, joiner, butchers, bricklayers, workers200000 are yet awaited... Refugees arrive in waves depening of how much and the people smugglers in Turkey are transporting. 30000 are on the greek islands, 20000 alone on Lesbos.

i have noticed that the jws are participating in meetings organized by the osce.

they are registered or participate under the "european association of jehovah's christian witnesses".

one point highlighted in this organization is tolerance.

Did anyone already get an answer or acknowledgment to a letter sent to the OSCE secretariat in Vienna in that matter of this possible violation human rights within religious societies that have captive procedures and dont give a victim of abuse a chance to come out and receive professional help?

I ask because I wonder if writing a letter without mention a contact person is not professional in my eyes, and i wonder if the main secretariat is the right contact at all, because the bureau that deals with matters of human rights is or seems to be in my eyes the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights situated in Warszaw, of which Michael Georg Link is Director.
