  Pledge for Global Assistance Arrangement - $15 per publisher!

  last night our congregation read a letter for the global assistance arrangement combined with the traveling overseer assistance arrangement.

  the "recommended" amount was $15 per publisher, which was well over $1000 for our hall.. it seemed steep.

  our congregation does not have this type of money.

  For the purpose of this website, I've always thought that the origin of life was not as important as the absolute fact that sentient life on this planet did not begin with "Adam and Eve" 6000 years ago. Acceptance of this fact negates any belief in the god of the bible and the rest of the fantasy that hinges on this dark aged thinking.

  I get why philosophically or scientifically minded people want to know the absolute origins of life but does it really matter?

  when i started waking up to ttatt, i remember in my own reading the tons of scriptures that speak of god, the holy spirit, etc teaching directly.

  in a perfect world, one would hope that no woman would need to consider an abortion.

  there is unfortunately, no perfect world and there does not seem there will ever be a perfect world.

  so consider .... 1. a child rape case in paraguay.. ... but the plot unfolding in paraguay is so dark and twisted that it is currently tearing the south american country apart.it began on april 21 when a mother brought her 10-year-old daughter to a public hospital.
