  It was Mrs Ozzie who passed, two years ago this month after a long painful and debilitating illness. I miss her happy disposition but good memories still of her and JWD

  Weren’t there ever questions raised about him ‘taking the emblems’?

  How did he get promoted appointed to the GB ?

  because he is shown that way in older representations of him that are older then the traditional effeminate looking pictures.".

  watchtower 1968 p.286 "bible evidence and a recent review shows that jesus did have a beard..." charles russell style of beard was popular at bethel...till rutherford took over.

  And when I first started getting involved with that lot, I remember them claiming not to have any “man made rules“.

  In truth, all their rules are ‘man-made’, and when challenged they’re claimed to be “bible based”.

  Yet Jesus is quoted as teaching that the whole Law can be summed up in just two commands. So how thankful the dubs can be that the GB have filled in what Jesus forgot. (Sarcasm added)
