  my family went on a picnic in the hills of virginia, about an hours drive from home.

  we had so much fun and the trees were beautiful.

  me: "i see that you have been getting some adverse press about the un.".

  mum: "it doesn't surprise me, the un hate us!".

  me: "no, let me explain, the society are registered with the un as an ngo and are bound to uphold the principals of the un.".

  Do You Possess The "flag" In Your Life?

  i recently watched a movie about a struggle for survival.

  the story was set in a military prison where a recently incarcerated general led an uprising against a cruel and murderous colonel who happened to be the warden of the prison.

  the general on newly arriving wanted nothing to do with dissidents saying he had fought all the wars he wanted to.

  well folks, it was a great day today in sunny wollongong (can i say that, ozzie?)!

  many apostates turned up (albeit belatedly, much to mrs ozzie's dismay!

  ) and after the mandatory exchanging of secret handshakes and gestures, the bbq began.

  ok......it has taken me lots of soul searching to put this post up (it contains some facts i dont really feel all that comfortable putting up).

  but i will try and leave out here for as long as i can.. it is an email i have sent to my dad.

  i have been out of the jw org.

  for over 16 years now.

  i'll just say that i'm not the most "mentally strong" person as it took me 14 of those years avoiding my problems, and 2 to really deal with it.

  You know &LEFTY,when you help a bank robber in any way shape or form you are as guilty as the bank robber.The same go`s for terrorist`s and murderer`s.In your case you support a religion that has Whored itself{by thier own definition} at the expense of it`s own people, and now you attempt to protect the same organisation by any mean`s possible.You support an organisation that would kill member`s of your own family simply for not joining up.Then you have the gall to QUOTE SCRIPTURE. Your not even smart enough to be ashamed of your selve`s much less guide other people`s live`s! People are often judged by the company they keep.What a sorry pair of WHORE`S!
