  i just thought i'd share something if you don't mind.. my conviction in the legitimacy of the society was slowy eroded over a number of years simply by reading the publications and becoming increasingly frustrated at how little the interpretations of prophecy and scripture made sense, added to the complete ineptitude of senior figures in the organisation.. for me, the "glue" that kept everything roughly held together into something that can be called a "faith" was the concept of "increasing light", which as you all know is the principle employed by the society to excuse any mistakes or backtracks that are made.

  they routinely flog proverbs 4:18, which as we all know has nothing to do with gradual refinements in understanding when read in context.

  regardless of this, the concept managed to keep me loyal to the organisation for quite some time, as i was too fearful to bring it under direct scrutiny.

  To advertise the Bible is Babble is not telling the

  truth but lying. Liars will not inherit God's Kingdom.

  I believe the Bible is the tool to get past the Great Tribulation.

  People are depending on God to do it for them, but you reap

  what you sow, and the mercy you show when mercy is not needed

  will be rendered to the one who "saved it up" when need arises.

  I think most people who are able to be rational will see that the need

  for mercy will be real, sooner or later, but sure.

  Please explain what "decent compliment" is for indead we are stupid

  and do not understand. OK! First Master woods said I "high jacked"

  (my intelligent husband says high jacked means to take away, FYI)

  a 'fairly good" original post. Then when I wouldn't shut up he brought it up a grade

  to "original" "good".

  Any way his compliment to the other guy got better because of me.

  How do you know it isn't God's will to post it? It is true, isn't it?

  Rude is an attack on a person. (I got at least 4 insults, maybe 5

  if I can count wobble.) "who cares" is not

  about one person. I know nobody cares, but I'm still looking. So if you posted who cares,

  I would know there is still intelligent life on Earth. And we would have something in common.
