by eyes_opened ini've always wondered why it was, that when mankind was supposedly closer to perfection, god kept in direct contact with people either through angels speaking, or prophetic dreams, seas parting, etc.
but the further man got from perfection the less and less contact he gave people.
it seems like the worse off we are, the more help, or direction we would require.

Jr,
The "truth from God's Word" is too large a domain. I have asked very specific questions to clarify conclusions others have drawn and received no answers. So far I have been called insincere. I have been compared to the Pharasees. I have been told that I lack faith and lack the ability necessary for discernment. This kind of name calling does not validate someone's conclusions. In the communication process there isthe sender and the receiver. If the receiver asks for clarification, it is incumbent on the sender to clarify rather than blame the receiver.
Jr, I have one other very specific question I would like to have addressed by someone. Go back and read the Noah account. Calculate the size of the Ark and note the amount of time they were in there. Explain to me how this could be true, considering the number of species on this planet.

1. We can know absolute truth.
2. MDS will bring some or all of it to us.
3. The scripture about the woman her sons and Jehovah?
4. 2001 is an important year?Since we can't take on the whole world of ideas here, Jr, what domian or subset of ideas did you have in mind?

Why is asking questions of MDS an attempt try to prove him wrong? I never debated him, never accused him of anything. I simply asked him if he could provide more detail to his somewhat ambiguous ideas.

I can't leave yet. I sure am impressed with your knowledge of animals and where they hang out. Did you know that North America only has one marcupial (sp?). It's the possum. It kind of looks like a rat, only bigger, and when it is attacked it rolls over and plays dead. I think we got the left overs when it comes the marcupial kind of critters.

Have an Australian kind of question for you. After all the animals got off Noah's Ark, how did the Kangaroos and most of the other marcupials (sp?) get to Australia? Maybe they were good swimmers.

Brother Thinker,
You have made some wonderful contributions to our understanding. You found the man who could caste out the fat demons. You brought us brother Bach and his inspired "Illusions". You also saw the evil numbers of the GB 2/3rd's. (666 if the rest of you didn't get it) Truly, truly, and verily, verily you have brought us closer to that perfect day.
We have one problem, brother Thinker, we called ourselves the Heresy of the Month and the Month is almost over. I think we are going to have to redefine what a month is, otherwise it's curtains for us. RedHorseWoman is right behind us wanting to start her Goddess of the month heresy. (Actually, I wouldn't mind worshiping her even if she wasn't thin.) She is all excited about this thing, because next month is her birthday. Maybe, we could ask her to wait til a year from February. After all, we haven't sold all of our Leaning Tower and Asleep magazines yet. Plus, there are several other subjects I wanted to see in our second issue of the magazines, such as:

Well, when RedHorseWoman sees all the fine articles we have in mind, I think she will give our Heresy a stay of execution. That's the kind of Goddess she is.
I have some sad news to announce. Brother Henry died of starvation last week. He was a true pioneer in the thinness Heresy, and I know that he will go on to a better place.
