  i was deleted as the cobe after i let my adult child move back home and he admitted that he fornicated under my roof while my wife and i where away on a rbc project.

  of course the elder mode in me kicked him out of the house.. the elders moved quickly to remove me because i was too involved in "theocractic activities", i had neglected my adult son.. i accepted this primarily because i didn't want to serve with a boe that did not want me.

  i was devastated however because it was the only life i knew.

  Rollercoaster ride pretty much sums it up, but so worth it.

  Take your time & plan it out ... just know that what you think is a BIG scary deal today will turn out to be nothing at all ... and you will laugh at the silliness of it!

  The Fear mongering of this weeks WT study!

  have you all read this weeks study article?.

  oh my word it is full of fear inducing tactics....doom and gloom outlooks.... anxiety inducing methods to develop absolute control over witnesses and cripple them in any attempt to think for themselves!.

  I think you have your answer young man and plse use it to free yourself from all that negative thinking wt pushes into your young brain.

  Start today to recoup your lost family & friends ......one step at a time.

  There is no panic ...armageddon is not coming!  You have a fabulous life right now, get busy with it!  Don't waste another minute thinking about wt.

  received revealing "witness" in parking lot

  a few weeks ago i was working out of my home state and was in a grocery store parking lot when i received my first jw witness since leaving jwdom.

  a youngish-looking lady was sitting in an suv parked next to my car and i was about to get in my car to leave.

  she opened the door and asked whether she could give me something to read (had a tract in her hand)..

  at the close of yesterdays meeting, an older brother gave the prayer.

  JeffT so right when you suggest that our natural interest for computers was impeded by wt demonizing the internet & making the 'learning' of it off limits for years!  Have to say they had a point tho, cause when I finally dared to get one around 2009 ....guess what ....I learned the TTATT!

  Kids like to play house. They mimic the adult.

  Watchtower in all its faulty wisdom, shows them how it's done!

  Looking at the soft tiny hands on that kid in the water says it all.

  Not only are those hands not capable of taking on & grasping the work of a full grown man ....... neither is his brain.

   

  Tight pants Tony is looking forward to the day when these cartoons will fill in for them & be watched at every meeting!  Even at the one day assemblies!  

  Oh wait .....that could be a huge improvement!

  my mom called me yesterday to ask how i was doing.

  i hadn't seen her in a while, so it was nice to hear her voice.

  we went through the motions of jw small talk and then she started telling me about her co visit from last week.

  I used to read all the watchtowers looking to discover their secret knowledge and predictions.  The end was always just weeks or months away!  Wow was I ever mad when I learned these magazines were written a year in advance!  Some urgent message!  By the time we got it the 'news' was as stale as an old loaf of bread!

  The contempt of Anthony Morris: the face doesn't lie.

  i have noticed something even long before even looking into ttatt, something about morris bothered me.

  i am personally very attuned to body language, facial expressions and general subtleties in human interaction.

  there was something about his face that really bothered me, and i will explain it.

  Contempt yes ... imagine that guy telling you off with that lip pulled back like that!

  It also says he is not being straight forward. Did you ever have someone twist their lip like that when talking to you? Did it make you feel they were just bull shi&&ing........and didn't want you to see it?
