  BD, often things are NOT as they appear.

  I saw a daughter-in-law in furious anger accuse her husband's father of molesting their little girls!

  I thought "What the HELL???? I never thought HE was that kind of person!" Her husband showed up the same time I did, ready to beat the daylights out of his own father; and he told us "Wait! Before doing ANYTHING else, get your girls, call the police, and have them meet us at the Hospital NOW to see if what your wife said is true!"

  Shocked, he called her to get the kids- and then ADMITTED she had lied, because she was so ANGRY at him. (He had told her just what a hypocrite she was in a certain matter.)

  He later told me how his ENTIRE LIFE would have been RUINED at that point, if he didn't PROVE his innocence- and all because of her accusation!

  So don't lecture ME about Hitler and ignoring ANY facts; sounds like YOU need to follow your own advice, here...

  ANYONE can accuse- and with child molestation, I've seen how EMOTION takes over, and how innocent people can lose marriage mate, job, and have a mark on their reputation the REST OF THEIR LIFE!

  Yes, the REAL molesters should be executed, not jailed- buuuuuut the FACT is that this is the most difficult of ALL problems to deal with.

  Well, JD- let's see just HOW close!

  Remember how I said I studied only to prove them wrong- AND that I was a Thief?

  I never read the Bible, had no DESIRE to; just looked up quoted scriptures for the debate.

  While studying/arguing with them, I was shot while stealing- and a blood transfusion SAVED MY LIFE! My JW buddy from school, knowing I'm an avid reader, plopped that damn (my view of it THEN) Green Bible on the hospital bed-table, saying "I brought you a book to read!"

  Puzzled, knowing he knew I expected a sci-fi book, I asked him what it was! When he told me it was a Bible, I almost threw it at him in disgust!

  He laughed, leaving me alone with it- the only book there, and I started, begrudgingly, reading Genesis...THAT was the FIRST time I experienced the power that radiates from the scriptures....instinctively I FELT it was true- but there were too many questions to KNOW if it was....

  My, my, you're touchy, LL- but in view of those experiences, it's no wonder! The account is so Vivid it's like the reader is right there WITH you...but as I said, I'm getting the "gory details"- something I try to avoid; it is VERY difficult to keep your mind Powerful, Bold & Confident, so, while aware of such terrible things, I train myself to focus on the Positive.

  The Positive to such horrors you've been thru?

  That you SURVIVED it, and have become STRONG, and that your experiences combined with your training are used to HELP others who have had similar nightmare lives!

  That was far more information than I, to quote YOU, "Demanded"- yet I thank you!

  It doesn't really matter if you separate fact from theory and coprolite.

  Simply because a scientist says something's a "fact" doesn't MAKE it so; there is dishonesty in EVERY field!

  yes-lotta nonsense; a self-proclaimed "slave class" that is not a prophet but like a prophet, giving so awfully embarrasing opinions that are supposed to be automatically acceted by all of us jws...pretenders...mistakes... and moves not "discreet" at all- like the ngo united nations membership they secretly had for awhile....terrible, isn't it?.

  i mean, look at the inspiring example we have in churchianity: such wonderful dogma- such as the three sadist-gods who have been torturing billions of men, women, and children for thousands of years- with eternity to go...and god making the universe in 72 hours...and backing the wars of their governments- "god and country!

  ", as they send their men out to war, telling them they will be blessed for it, and so many more wonderful revelations: the rapture, once-saved, tithing, etc.

  The Bible is a Subject on its OWN, SBC- thought we were talkin' Evoluition.

  However, now that you bring it up- does the origin of man seem to you more likely endless accidents (no intelligent Maker), or design (altho CHURCHianity sure has befouled that word, too, with their 72 hour Creation, and man living with the dinosaurs!)
