  You've presented a realistic scenario that actually, in some variance, really happens. In the St. Louis area, according to an article in KMOV St. Louis, an anomaly occured in shootings by police. African Americans were four times as likely to be shot but Whites were more likely to be killed in similar settings. More African Americans were wounded in the settings. Numbers of blacks shot were 4 times the total number of Whites. The Neighborhoods had things in common- low income, violence, petty crimes (things stolen).

  Crimes in Newport Beach Ca. by locals who are high earning professionals involve professional scams, paper scams, financial rip offs, and millions are stolen in this process. But its not violent, it just literally ruins lives.

  All of that bullying by young Michael was for what $3.00 worth of cigars.

  When you are poorer up pops the violence quotient. Which begs- Who is more likely to rush an Officer. The stock broker who ripped you off for your life savings or the kid who knocks off a liquor store.

  The oddity is we humans retain our Aggressive Nature as we move up the economic scale it just changes into more and greater cunning means of hurting our fellow humans. $65 Trillion in off shore accounts, that what some estimate the rich keep out of the common good. Enough to end all poverty, all hunger. Enough that every child could have an excellent education and a chance at a descent life. Enough to find cures for diseases, to have universal healthcare. But it doesn't happen, and it won't likely change because the Aggressive Nature has evolved to more cunning ways to take down the prey.

  CNN legal analysts Sunny Hostin and Mark O'Mara both felt prosecutor Robert McCulloch 'softballed' his questions to Officer Wilson, meaning he did not press Wilson to explain the discrepencies in his testimony or his projections of Brown's actions.

  This case will move to other jurisdictions and classifications.

  What has caught the attention of millions of peaceful protesters is not the imperfect conduct of Michael Brown but the imperfect conduct of Officer Wilson. There are 20 ways from Sunday a trained professional should have handled this case differently from the beginning. If it were not a repeated scene hundreds of times per year, year after year decade after decade maybe only the parents of Michael would be speaking out, but that's not America in 2014 and everyone knows it.

  FYI- A Texas School Board just endorsed listing Moses as a founding influence on the writers of our Constitution (correct answer for $200.00 Alex- it was Rome).

  Our problems are cradle to grave in this country and addressing the inter-relatedness of these problems are gargantuan.....but not insurmountable..

  There will be hundreds of thousands of peaceful protesters turning out across the Nation and several hundred who will cause arson damage. There are hundreds of Anarchist groups in the US always waiting for opportunites, they co-mingle into peaceful protest groups. I saw this in the Peace Marches I have been involved in since exiting the Org..

  29 arrests were made last night in Ferguson. If you break the Law you should and will be arrested. If you march in peaceful protest you have a Constitutional Right to do so.
