i have an ability to taste ingredients in a meal and pick them out specifically. yep, tastes like crap and bread. must be a $h!+ sandwich.

Does anyone remember when the Watchtower website first opened, it wasn't mentioned in the magazines or at the meetings for a while?
by slimboyfat ini seem to remember that from the mid-ninties onwards there were articles in the km and watchtower warning about the dangers of the internet.
as a result it seemed to come as a bit of a surprise to some witnesses i knew when the society opened up their own website.
but as i recall, when the society first opened the website, they never mentioned it in the literature or at the meetings.

i am not sure when i found the website, but i remember someone told me about it and i was certain they were wrong. then a very reliable family member with close connections to the upper levels of the society said that he loved the website and that this was a great opportunity to combat the "myths and lies" about JWs.

Presciption drug addiction
by crapola ini was wondering if any of you have experienced this problem or know of someone that has.
i know someone with this problem and this person is in counseling and taking medication to fight the cravings, but it's still a constant battle.
it's my daughter, and i'm desperate for advice.

by rockmehardplace ini saw this article about a guy who finally claimed his mega lottery winnings after months of meeting with financial advisors.
i started to think about before i was baptized how i loved gambling and betting on sports, particularly horse racing.
maybe i will try my luck at the lottery..

welcome. you mention "love". many jws will tell you that you will not find love in the world, that the world is selfish and out for itself. i have found that jws do show love, it is only conditional. and meeting all those conditions is impossible for anyone.
