  accidently ordered 2 copies of ray franz new book "in search of christian freedom" instead of a "crisis of conscience.

  " i need a copy of crisis of conscience.

  even if it's been used if anyone wants to swap i can send my book?????

  i really do appreciate all the help you guys have given me in this process.

  but it's time for me to leave.

  Br Dan, I echo the comments that many have already said "a lot have said goodbye then come back" do yourself a favour and read wannaexit's comments above. I am sure you just need a break, perhaps being on this board as constantly as what you have is not healthy for you.

  Are you suspicious of LURKERS?

  we all know they're here but we don't really know who they are.. they are people who sign up here and then never comment (or rarely ever do).. doesn't that make any of you regulars here at the very least a tiny bit suspicious?.

  why would a person sign up to a forum like this and then never say a damn thing?

  it seems to me that there is a primary reason why some folks sign up and then never comment on anything: to spy.

  Oompa update

  i don't post much, so most of you don't know me.

  i live in nc near oompa, and he has become a good friend with my wife and i over the last few years.. so as an update, my wife visited oompa today!

  he's recovering, but has a long recovery to go.

  No more suspicious of a lurker than someone who can have 1700 posts in the first 3 months on JWN

  We all have different circumstances and not all have too much time to post on the web. I lurked here for a year or 2 before joining on the day of the memorial last year! I quickly scan JWN every day, but don’t have time to post on every subject, normally just try and welcome new ones.

  TO SPY. I really have to wonder what other reasons there could be. It makes me deeply suspicious.

  Spies can some in the form of a lurker who rarely posts or a very active poster. If someone doesn’t want to reveal who they are and guards their privacy, just be careful what one posts.....

  But whatever, I got bigger fish to fry than watching my back for a quak job cult member

  I feel bad about what i just did to my aged mom

  i was disfellowshipped when i was 21 (raised as a witness).

  my mother who is now 80 and a diehard witness always hoped that i would return.

  she is concerned that she will soon pass away and the arrangements.

  i am a former dub, born and raised and left at the age of 18. i was baptised at nine, aux pioneer, regular pioneer and around 16 started to see the light.

  my parents give me the heave-ho the day i hit 18 (at midnight, to be precise.

  ) i was marked at 17 for dating a "worldly".
