can you also explain how even if minorities where able to set up these economically segregated zones that they would be able to protect themselves from the same fate you alluded to occurring to these other black comunities?

Crazy guy I agree that education in the U.S. has gone down in its quality. I question whether throwing money at the problem is a solution however. Perhaps education needs an overhaul? I really do not know.

My pointing out the problems minority students experience even in private schools, illustrates that even when parents attempt to leave failing public schools there are barriers to quality education. How do solve this issue? I think we all agree that education is the key to combating poverty and crime.

Hmm interesting reference to black wall street, however wasn't this community the exception to the rule? Where not most minority communities economically disadvantaged?
As far as Marcus Harvey is concerned his political beliefs where actually closely allied with the KKK. He in fact says so himself.

Grouping and segregation are the same in this case. Here is the definition of segregation in the dictionary.
:the enforced separation of different racial groups in a country, community, or establishment.
"an official policy of racial segregation"

It is of note that both minority and non minority parents objected to this practice. I am amused at how you make it a negative even if it is the non minority parents who object.
Are you advocating separate but equal education?

As I said before I am a moderate and I think that both sides of the political spectrum have much to answer for.

Not trying to be intentionally misleading per say. I can demonstrate how public schools have also failed minorities. I just wanted everyone to think about the consequences of poor educational opportunities afforded minorities

I see that you posted with regards religious, social, and familial ties. I however do not understand how those things improve the level of education.

No long haired girl it is not a social experiment. Silent Buddha. The specific example I am referring to has nothing to do with class or finances. It is strictly a racial segregation. ( I am sure that class and finances do play a party in substandard education, however not in this case)

That is just my point Long haired girl. These minority parents paid to have their children at this elite school, yet they are being segregated to one classroom. These minority students are not being spread out as a result of the schools policy. These parents paid 45000 per student to go to this school.
