  Hi, bobld!

  The whole world, especially the US, must now define what exactly is Freedom of Religion. It must be reworded to Freedom to Choose One's Religion, freedom being synonymous with right. But Freedom or Right of Religion as an organization is a different matter. If you give organized religion unfettered freedom, it will dictate on every aspect of one's life, subvert human rights, undermine the state, mislead people, etc. Freedom of organized religion cannot be constitutionalized because it is against the universally accepted law of the Separation of Church and State. Only individual freedom or right to choose one's religion can be enshrined in the Constitution.

  I'm not a lawyer, by the way. I'm just a "graduate" of religion.

  I agree with you Jim TX, sweetface2233 and sammielee24. I'm moving on with my life. There's no doubt about that. But I still want the damage done to me compensated. There's nothing wrong with getting what's mine if I can prove to the courts that the Watchtower had done me considerable damage.

  My call is for those who are willing to file a class suit against the Watchtower. The class suit filed and waged by the Marcos victims of human rights bore fruit. Right there in the US.

  Okay, I'll sleep for now. It's 3:45 am here already. Thank you all out there! Don't worry Jim TX and sweetface2233, I have a sound mind.

  Yes, I agree with you Jim TX and sweetface2233. I'm trying to move on with my life; that's for sure. But I still want the damage done to me compensated. There's nothing wrong with getting what's mine if I can prove to the courts that the Watchtower had wrought considerable damage to me. I'm out to teach the Governing Body a lesson for the whole world to know: That their teachings are dead wrong and dangerous. I only have one question to ask them: Do they really know what's in the mind of God?

  You could say that. It's very hard to move on from where I stand. I can only move on once I settle this issue. As I've said, I'll not let the damage done to me just pass. When did you become a JW, if I may ask?

  Well, then, let's get our acts together. I'm serious! The damage done to me is still ongoing. It still hurts. We can prove to the courts the damage done to us.

  Here is the reason JW teachings are dangerous for children:

  JW son: Dad, I wanna be a member of the 144,000.

  JW elder: Son, are you getting crazy?

  That is my story. I take it from there.

  Okay, think about it, all of you out there who feel that the Watchtower ruined the first half of your lives. US$1M for each of us, victims, is not bad. If I get mine, I would no longer bother the Watchtower. I can't let the damage done to me just pass. I can't forgive them, not in this lifetime.

  In my case, I had no choice. I was born and reared in a JW family. Getting baptized while still a teenager and forced to go from house to house can hardly be considered willful or legal. My call for a class suit is for former JWs who feel that the damage done to them by the Watchtower is considerable. The Watchtower ruined the first half of my life.
