when watching recent news reports and tv shows i saw the father, brother and mother of the convicted steve wright for murdering 5 prostitutes , they were showing such concern for the victims familys and seemed to have so much compassion for them , i expected the family of the ex min servant that seriously abused my child to approach me after he went to prison to show such compassion about my child , because they are "jehovahs people " but nothing has happened apart from accusations of apostacy , being lying bitches , being vandals , these people used to be my friends and i have never been a jw , they do not believe it happened to her just to add to her pain , cruel bastards , he is in prison for abusing two other victims . how can people not show compassion for people in her situation , they are heartless robots .

Of Pedophelia and False Positives
by inkling inok, something has been bugging me recently, so please forgive meas i play devil's advocate for a moment.
child abuse of any type is horrific, and when it is sexual innature it can cause unimaginably cruel and life-long damage.i think we can all agree on that.
however, in the past irreparable damage to people's lives havealso been caused by accusations of child abuse that turnedout to be baseless... families are torn apart, trust is shredded, reputations ruined, all because a child misunderstood something, or fabricated a story to get attention, or was pressured by paranoid and possibly abused adults into remembering things that never happened.

i believe that i have read in the jws own literature that most allegations of child abuse are likely to be true as when a child lies about abuse it is usually to denie that it has happened when it actually has happened but the child is scared of the consequences of revealing the abuse , so may take back an accusation after making it . fear of the consequences kept my child quiet for 4 years , i assured her we would get justice , when two more victims came forward that were adults in late 20s by now it seemed a certainty , but a deal was done in court and he got away with my child and some of other two victims charges , the police do believe her and so did prosecution , but we got no justice and my child has been labeled the liar by some in the cong , which is just as hard to live with as the abuse . (is it any wonder that two thirds of children that have been abused never tell or do not tell till adults themselves ,according to nspcc figures ) my child wishes she had kept quiet forever after everything that has happened , and had that happened he would have carried on abusing till he died , but thanks to her hes in prison for other victims that would never have revealed thier abuse if it was not for her .

my friend had jws at the door , they said it was nonsence about blood issue

(gosh surely not ) when they knocked on her door she answered and said if you are jehovahs witnesses then i dont want to be one as you dont allow members to have blood transfusions , they said "that is all nonsence" utter nonsence" she said "so its not true about the girl that died after giving birth to twins then?
" one said "no its not , that was medical negligance , that was " she said anyway ive heard alot of stories about jws (she knows that my child was abused by an ex min servant , that had abused kids in the cong years earlier but did not get reported to the police ) they said "yes and i bet you have heard them from people that are not witnesses " typical reply because its bound to be all lies if its come from someone not a witness !!!!!

i was once told that so many of them had depression because satan was trying to get them because they had the truth, then i was told people who left the truth were depressesd because they did not have the truth !!!!!!! which one is it then because it does not work both ways
