  What do you think about Demons now?

  hi guys!.

  as many of you know, i'm still inside the borg, but my mind is completely disconnected.

  i had a chat with some friends during the week, and they started sharing experiences they had, dealing with demons in the past.. i heard some stories from brothers from cuba, that used to be mediums or "saints", and how the demons "immediately started to attack them when they started learning the truth(tm)".

  I found a very old article wrote by C.J. Woodwoth in the Golden Age of November 1932. It is is Spanish: http://atalaya.lawebcristiana.com/atalaya00/espiritismo/espiritismo.htm.

  The funny thing is how he describes how demons "materialize" and move objects usind "ectoplasm of strange odor"!!!! Thay can "direct a band, play musical instruments (guitars, harps, bells, etc) and raise tables and chairs from the floor" (page 14).

  He also attacks psichoanalysis. Is there any way to found that article in English?

  Does the Watchtower Society spy and keep tabs on "apostate" websites?

  recently i asked the question about lawsuits that the society brought against certain websites.

  i got a lot of good information.

  it seems, of course that the watchtower society, in typical fashion, will by any means suppress an opposing view.

  The WTS might have trolls who visit ex-JW websites/forums, but it would eventually be a suicide mission for the individual. Even brothers considered to be the strongest spiritually and most loyal in the Org would eventually start to have some doubts, if they looked at apostate information over a long period of time.

  I agree with Moshe. The evidence against the WTS presented in forums like this is overwhelming. Using their own literature! Everything has a fundament. There is no way that any troll, no matter how "spiritual" the person is, can be affected by the evidence...

  As many of you know, I'm still inside the Borg, but my mind is completely disconnected. I had a chat with some friends during the week, and they started sharing experiences they had, dealing with demons in the past.

  I heard some stories from brothers from Cuba, that used to be mediums or "saints", and how the demons "immediately started to attack them when they started learning the Truth(tm)". They use that to re-affirm that they are in "The Truth"(tm).

  One of the sisters supposedly was "held against the floor for hours" by demons in one ocassion... ¿? 2 others told me "how difficult was to burn possessed objects", and stuff like that.

  Have you heard similar stories before? What do you think about Demons now? Are they what the JW explained to us in the past?

  welp...

  it's been a crazy ride for over 25 years, pretty much raised as a witness (ever since i could remember), rebelled against my parents, came back, straighten out for a little while, married within "the truth", but the last 5 to 7 years, i've been seriously questioning the changes and doctrines established by the wts.

  never thought i would be looking from this side of the fence.

  For the moment, I'm reading the bible each night with her, BUT NOT the NWT. I received a "Parallel bible" as a gift, and it has 2 different translations per page. She is noticing some differences!!!

  but only if a judicial committee tells him to.. if they say i'm inactive and let me be, he can still talk to me.. it's meaningless, because i would never meet with a jc, but he let me know where he stands.. he's dead to me.. i'm not hurting.. lost tons of respect for the man.. i told him he was brainwashed and left him without saying goodbye.. to no longer live for his approval was liberating, but this is even better.. i told him that i couldn't do that to my son.. his response?.

  unconditional love is a lie.. you only get unconditional love from a dog.. sick, brainwashed, emotionally bankrupt man.. p.s.- not looking for cyber hugs.

  just sharing the experience for others going through similar things and for lurkers to see what this cult does to people.. regards,.

  i was raised a jw, got baptized at 13, became a regular pioneering right out of high school, i was used extensively at the hall and on assemblies, came from a nice jw background.
