What do you know about 'CHEMTRAILS'?

i understand these are toxic chemical trails left by aeroplanes that are sent up by the governments and not the same as the water vapour contrails.
some believe that in the long run our governments may be intent on ridding the earth of the majority of us by using poison gases or infectious diseases and are getting used to leaving these unusual trails inthe sky.......but i've wondered what they are for a long time and the uk govt has already admitted dropping pesticides on at least one part of the uk as an experiment on the people.. i have googled and u tubed a bit on this concerning information but want to know if there is something to worry about or not?.

Author and investigative reporter Will Thomas presented his latest research on chemtrails . A new lab analysis of chemtrail samples (from aerial spraying) done in Florida, found barium, aluminum and fibrous, salty crystals, he detailed. Barium and aluminum are highly reflective materials which are likely used to combat climate change and warming, he noted. However, an informant suggested a kind of biowarfare testing may be part of the chemtrail scenario, he revealed. Further, a recent German TV News report created an uproar over the use of chemtrails by the German Army.

Exercise Check-In Log
by White Dove inafter loubelle's exercise thread, i thought it would be a fun idea to keep a log here and check in with everyone.. i walked 30 minutes yesterday plus after walked to the police station and the witch store about 3 miles away from the y.. food: .
breakfast: 2 pieces of toast: one with pb and the other with honey, coffee.
lunch: hardboiled egg, ham, cheese stick.

I think the Secret to LOSING weight ............IS:
TO HAVE THE MENTAL FRAME OF MIND THAT I WILL NOT EVEN TRY TO EAT THAT FIRST CHOCOLATE BAR OR JUST A HALF CUP OF ICE CREAM OR JUST ONE OF THIS OR THAT BAD FOOD.BECAUSE AS SOON AS YOU INTRODUCE THAT First Chocolate bar..ect....or bad FOOD INTO YOUR BRAIN AGAIN YOUR AT SQUARE ONE AGAIN. SO NO SMALL HEALTHY PORTION OF YOGURT ICE CREAM ,..NOthing absolutely NOTHING bad into your body.
Start thinking that FOOD is FUEL not enjoyable pleasure which comes from sugar. As soon as I think i will have just ONE small piece of pizza im screwed. ITS all over because eventually maybe not at this moment but a couple of days from now im gonna do it again ITS already been introduced into the brain. Screw it .DOnt even try to have it. Thats the thinking that has allowed me to lose over 40...so by September I will be ..again....around. 195
