  this week at the study of the revelation book there was a paragraph that said that god's kingdom would soon usher in a. paradise earth.

  i realized that this book was printed 19 years ago.

  my wife excitedly that i am taking her to europe soon would she be happy if i waited 3 years?

  The 54-year-old gained fame last year when he saved two dolphins by pulling dangerous plastic from their stomachs.

  with all of the changes regarding the 1935 closing of the heavenly calling that jw's taught for over 70 years what will be the next thing to go in their doctrinal system.

  will they one day say"we were wrong the earth is going to burn up and all christians will go to heaven".

  russell was right after all and yes the "great crowd" will indeed go to heaven.nothing suprises me anymore with the jw's.

  Swalker, those are lovely pictures, I love Springtime.

  Sad Emo, I love Yorkshire; I took a few pics when I went on holiday last year to North Yorkshire, it was wonderful - and there is a place in Scarborough that does the best fish and chips in the world, ever!

  Wooden chopping board?????????

  i know its a strange question and i didnt know which category to put it under but here goes........... i bought one about 2 years ago.

  its about 1-1/2 thick................but i dont know how to get some stubborn stains off it.

  its got yellow and orange ones at the moment (from a curry we had last night)............ive scrubbed it but to no avail.

  Yes, I've always thought it is easy to argue anything with a Bible... a few minor adjustments here, mis-translated words there, and here you have a totally different theory. Who was that small-time WT apologetic who wrote those books a few years back? Doesn't the Society warn against that?

  Speaking of different theories, you should hear the one about Ezekiel's wheel being a UFO, and Aliens creating Adam - :)

  Massive increase in baptisms

  i had my special assembly day last saturday, i missed this part as i was on a walk, but my family told me about it, and i've confirmed it with 2 other witnesses.

  in one of his talks, our 'special' speaker, who is also a do, said: 'baptisms this service year have already exceeded baptisms for the whole of last year, and that's before the conventions!

  ' obviously this can't be verified until the figures are released next year, and it wasn't clear whether he meant worldwide or just britain, but either way it's concerning, and i would guess that the 'bible teach' book has been very effective.

  Don't throw it away! Wood is always going to stain! No matter how many times you clean it... if you bleach it, the bleach will soak away into the wood and will last for weeks.

  So long as you use plastic for meat, you don't have a problem...
