Sinking of S. Korea ship. Gulf of Tonkin part II?
by Cagefighter inokay... someone is lying but who?.
naturally i am inclined to think kim jung il is crazy enough to sink the s. korean ship but if you really think about it what would n.korea have to gain?.
n. korea's sabre rattling sounds like a nation that does not want to go to war.

Why would we want to start another war? We already have two. If anything having our military over-extented would make countries like Iran and DPRK think that they can get away with things.

"Yes Man" - a demonstration of mind control?
by sd-7 ini just watched the film "yes man" not that long ago.
in it, jim carrey's character attends a conference, was it?
i couldn't help thinking about the mind control used there, delightfully played by terence stamp.. person is isolated from outsiders, ostracized immediately for having a contrary opinion ("no man!

Yeah they took the whole cult thing and amplified it in those scenes for comedic effect IMO.

"Let's assume you saved a gallon of oil in your commute (a generous assumption!). Global daily energy consumption is 9.5 billion gallons of oil equivalent. ... So by biking to work, you save the equivalent of one drop in 10 gasoline tanker trucks. Put another way, it's one pinch of salt in a 100-pound bag of potato chips."
