Do black Americans claim Obama as one of their own?
by digderidoo ini was watching an interview with a black american recently about barrack obama.
interestlingly he said that black americans find it hard to claim him as one of their own.
he said that black people would much prefer to have someone who is from the stereotypical upbringing of a black american to be the presidential candidate.

If you look at the voting record over 90% of blacks in the democratic primaries voted for Obama over Clinton.

The catacombs in Rome was one place.
This was sometime after the 1st century, but there was a whole community that lived underground in Cappadocia in present day Turkey. -

I worship the god of the bible because my version says that he'll give you a noogie in the great noogulation if you don't. Which will be followed by even worse noogies during Noogageddon.

Here's something neat, you can compare the polar ice coverage between any two dates from 1980 to present. Seems a bit more ice than this time last year, but seems like they're saying in the article 90 degrees north may be ice free, not the entire arctic ocean.

Around the end of September 2007 was the record for minimal ice coverage.

Who thinks other religions can lead to salvation? Survey says...
by TJ - iAmCleared2Land in"among believers who are catholic, nearly 80 percent surveyed believe other religions can lead to a right relationship with god.
more than 70 percent of orthodox christians agreed with the statement.. only among mormon and jehovah's witness believers did fewer than half of people surveyed agree that other religions can lead to eternal life.
thirty-nine percent of mormons surveyed agreed with that statement, and 16 percent of jehovah's witnesses agreed.

I'm surprised it's that high.

10th grade Biology class (super lame thought process within)
by SacrificialLoon ini remember taking a test on the theory of evolution, and i intentionally answered the questions wrong, because of course jehovah created everything.
i bet i sure made jehovah's heart glad by flunking that test for him.
the next day the teacher called home and talked to my parents about the test; she apparently told them how she felt i knew the answers, but answered wrong anyway.

Yeah there was a bit of a role reversal. I think my bit of rebelling took the form of becoming super righteous spaz for a time.

The next day the teacher called home and talked to my parents about the test; she apparently told them how she felt I knew the answers, but answered wrong anyway. My parents told me to just give them the answers they wanted from now on, so I grudgingly did. Flunking for Jehovah, how lame was that?
