greetings group.

i was just reading over some old literature and found some amazing quotes made by the watchtower; i think my head really hurts now.

i thought i would post this last one to see if you could get through it without getting a headache.

Shepherding Call

just what the hell do i have to do to get my wife to understand that i do not welcome these type of visits?

one elder made several calls to her asking when would be a good time to come by for a visit, yet, when they (plural) get to my home, it's me their primarily interested in talking to.

hell....i didn't ask for a visit and have told them on more than one occasion that i'm entirely satisfied with my life as it is and that if or when i need any assistance from them that i will call them?

Whenever they come, just get out your knife sharpening kit and sharpen every knife in the utensil drawer!

I've found that being in the middle of cleaning my rifle and .45 works even better.

would you pull the trigger, throw the switch, etc, which would end someones life?

would it make a difference if no one would ever know, versus everyone knowing?

All colors are an illusion of the mind just the same as white light is, the color red is just a mind illusion for light that is between a certain frequency. What you experience as red in your mind is not really some universal red but is a mind interpetation.

Southern or Northern I don't know. But wherever you are from you really should cut back on that medical marijuana.

I don't think anyone should be killed in revenge for something they've done.

I agree. However revenge and JUSTICE are two separate things. Commit murder rape and mayhem, and get stretched in my book.

i thought i would open up a thread on firearms and shooting.

personally i was raised around firearms as my dad was not a jw.

some of my earliest memories are of my dad teaching me how to put a round in a fleas ass at 200 meters.

I used to treat mine the same way. I had a really hard time getting past how much I had to send to Fulton Armory, to get them to send it to me. They really like their rifles if you know what I mean.

When I first got her, I broke her all the way down - except for the gas system - and treated her with Militec-One and CLP. I then put a little Tetra grease in the bolt roller area and locking lugs. She is about due to be taken down again, for spring cleaning so to speak, as it has been more than a year since I've looked under her stock. It has been routine cleaning only.
