Ian- thanks for your support, and yes, i have noticed that in the main there are some very nice people that are trying to heal on here. In future i am not going to get drawn into their hot air debates, where all they want to do is prove that they are cleverer than the next person. i was a jw for 25 years, left school 35 years ago and they expected me to know all the info on evolution, and because i didn`t i`m `stupid`.
i prefer to believe in creation, but it is obviously too simple an explanation for them.

IP_sec- i totally agree with you about `no one can make you feel stupid unless you let them`, and fortunately, they didn`t, but that was the general bullying tactic that they were using, but i stuck to my guns and i feel that they are the idiots, not me, they want to believe in complicated unfounded theories.

It showed me that people that have got `knowledge are puffed up`, and i can just imagine what they were like when they were jw`s, they probably left because they couldn`t climb up the ladder with position. Have any of you felt bullied on here just because you don`t agree with other`s? Have all ex jw`s got degree`s or are there some average people that have just done high school? After all weren`t we encouraged not to further our education? Anyway, i would like to hear your experiences. By the way, i noticed the thread died a death after i stopped posting, i must have been providing their entertainment, `let`s all bully her, she`s stupid` scenario!

LDB- there are many posters that have provided links. information and so called reasonings for evolution, and just because i don`t go along with it i am not in this century, huh? Just because they say the sky is blue doesn`t mean i believe it. I didn`t argue that bacteria grows resistant to antibiotics at all, i said that the body gets immune to antibiotics. I posted on here in favour of creation, and have been barraged by evolutionists, who have `had` to try and prove it to me. I answered the question about creation, did i believe in it. By the way, i haven`t been to school for over 35 years, so we didn`t know about a lot of the things that they teach now. How old are you, 16?

AlmostAthiest- the only thing that would convince me if humans were to evolve, and they haven`t. I am not convinced about animals either.

It seems to me that if you don`t believe in evolution, you`re a `dummy`, well that`s their opinion, i won`t lose sleep over it, thanks, anyway.

LT- these new virus` have been caused by man, take aids for instance, it was created because man had unnatural sex with monkeys, and so the other virus` could be formed because of other unnatural things that we are doing to cause them, or meddling with. If it is as you say, why is that the only area that has `evolved`? I feel that different people on here discussing this subject, want to bully me to into believing what they think, i was only retaliating to their attack on my belief, i don`t want to scratch their eyes out, ( well maybe just a couple, but i won`t mention their names!!) At the end of the day, i will keep an open mind, and if someone can show me solid proof, then i might change my view, so far nobody has.
