I think the couples budget has to be taken into consideration, are bills and obligations being met in a timley manner? Is the person going into debt just to satisfy materialistic things? Then it is up to the individual and if it starts to become a problem it can mean the end of a relationship.

Spend how much for wives/girlfriends?
by greendawn inhow much should a man tolerate a girlfriend or wife that is very demanding on clothes/shoes and other articles such as perfumes, handbags etc?
is there a limit to what one should spend to keep them happy beyond which it becomes a case of them taking advantage?

Eashshi in response to your last post YES THE USA WAS ATTACKED AND SANCTIONED BY A ISLAMIC GOVERNMENT AFGHANISTAN remember 9/11? As I recall news casts from the middle eastern countries were rejoicing in the streets. Also if factions of radical islam had nuclear materials they would certainly use them. As for me if I were in one of those countries I would be executed because of my lifestyle as you see I am gay. You mentioned klansmen I agree they do not represent white people they are evil ilk. Now I have a thought for you to ponder Not all muslims are terrorists but it seems all the terrorists have been muslims. That is the reason the western world majority are suspicious of the Islamic religion because it demand total mindless obedience.

Oprah for President in '08. Why? Why not?
by AuldSoul ini have seen the idea floated a few times in some interesting places, but also on threads here.. i think she would get the vote out in a way it has never been gotten out before.
it would also throw all the pollster's margins of error way out of whack (which might be worth it, all by itself).. why do you think she should be or could be elected president?.
why do you think she shouldn't be or couldn't be elected president?.

Well for one thing she has stated she definatley does not want the job. As far as a black person becoming president I think that is highly likely. For one thing Collin Powell would be great as president he seems to have a level head and he is one of the few that stood up to Bush and then resigned. Jesse Jackson would not make it as he has too many enemies in positions of financial power.

I also heard that she is only western reporter in that country. I think we really don't know a whole lot about the people and what they really think of this whole situation it will be interesting to see what they feel about all this if they are allowed to speak which I doubt they will

Is the United Nations still the Antichrist??? Dec 1st Watchtower!
by Gill inaccording to the december 1st watchtower, the antichrist is:.
' "antichrist" means "against (or instead of) christ.
" so, in its broadest sense, the term refers tol all who oppose or lyingly claim to be the christ or his representatives.

According to the Insight book the anti christ are those that do not accept Jesus as the son of God pg 115 vol 1 and that it is not neccessarily any one individual or group, however pg 116 par 2,3, & 4 state that groups make up a part of the anti christ including apostates, kingdoms nations and organizations. So my take on this is if you are not a true dub you ARE THE ANTICHRIST. I wonder what God thinks of all this.

I think like a lot of things people hear something and pass it on and in the course confabulation gets involved and next thing you know it is blown out of proportion. ie the wts for years has always really had the same message just different ways of saying it. that is my opinion anyway. Just don't take anything too seriously or you can go CRAZY!

easyshi yes they did teach us that emmisions kill not only brain cells but the body as well that is why if a car doesn't pass on emmissions it doesn't get driven here legally as the state will buy it from you if you can not afford to fix it for $1000.00 us but what does that have to do with a fanatical religion that is based on cruelty remember what pope benedict started by quoting from a document 100's of years old riots in the streets. That just reinforces unrestrained rage and behaviour from a bunch of fanatics
