Jesus said: I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
KID-A, you see this man? Yes, he made a mistake but asked for forgiveness before the world. Would you have done that if you were well known like he is? God forgives and allows us to change from our bad ways. It's like turning over a new leaf and not going back in the past to let it haunt you. So praise God for His mercy.
Praise God for His mercy endureth forever and ever!

Really, why should anyone have to pray? Doesn't an all-powerful god have the power to know what you need without asking?
Startingover - Yes God knows what we need but we ought to ask Him. He will give us what we need according to His will.
Jesus said in John 15:7 -If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
Let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath. He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty.

What are we thankful for?
Who do we say thanks to?
When someone does somethig for us we say thanks. God has done so many things for us, soooooo we say...God gave us the earth and furnished it - who else you think would do that?
Thank you God for the things you have given to us today! Thank you for the trees, the flowers. Thank you for our families and friends.

JH, did you know that Mary was the chosen vessel through which Jesus was born, however we do not pray to her because she was only human. She was not a goddess.

Trust in him at all times! People, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.
Yes people God loves us. He will take care of us when we are at our saddest moments. He will bring us out of the rot! Praise the Lord anyhow!
