Probably so. I still don't understand why the teleprompter thing is a weakness? The President obviously is a perfectionist, who doesn't want to miss a single word in his message. To criticize that just sounds petty.

And yet can still read. I bet if Obama decided to sit down and read a story to some kids, he would do so with the book right side up.
