I don't know who Dan Brown is/was I was refering to Jewish tradition. ;My only point was that the Bible does not say Jesus was or wasn't married. So it should not be an issue. Some may believe he was and some may believe he was not. We should not divide over this issuse. To insist on one ;belief or the other ;when the Bible does not say so, anounts to legalism which is one of the reasons many of us left the Org.
You used terminology that I have only heard come from Dan Brown. If you don't know who Dan Brown is I would have to question your sincerity or your grasp on current events. Dan Brown is the author of The DaVinci Code. I find it odd that people use his terminology, yet when called out on this fact they will quuickly disavow any knowledge of Dan Brown, but I digress.
I also posted Scripture in which, Paul the leading sculpter of Christian theology, had an open door to affirm Jesus' status as married yet he did not. Rather he cites Peter as the example of a married apostle.
While I do not "insist" that Jesus' marital status to be one way or another, it seems evident to me that no proof for Jesus being married exists. A point, that is aggreed upon by conservative Christian scholar Darrell Bock & liberal Christian scholar John Domenic Crossan.
So it doesn't appear that legalism is the issue you are raging against. Perhaps it is something else?
