  In org right now the problem is with shunning people inside are not shunning df persons especially those in there fam so thus the talk at DC shun unrepentant sinners why because 50 percent are not hard core shunners and never will be.

  The goal is not df it's shunning. They were going after ray Franz at bethel they wanted him to be shunnef. Prior to 1980 they did not shun sinners like they do post 1980 it was all about going after franz they wanted to make an example of him.
