  you know, that is another thing that pissed me off was all those buzzwords. i'll let you guys know something funny that happens at our congregation. this one guy gives the watchtower readings on stage in english, but he reads from a spanish magazine. so he adds buzzwords in, and i think its kinda funny =D

  i'm all three. most of the time if i say i'm going to do it though, i'm going to get it taken care of. especially in my relationship. i've done EVERYTHING i've said i was going to do, and i fixed all of the problems that i've had to fix. so........

  it seems to me the wts selectively reads the bible:i am bearing witness to everyone that hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: if anyone makes an addition to these things, god will add to him the plagues that are written in this scroll.

  over the years, i have been very involved in teams and team work.

  i have managed team of it developers varying in size from 6 to 60. one of the things i have observed is that you can usually divide a team into 3 groups of talent and these tend to be equal in size.

  for example, i went of to set and manage an offshore development team of programmers.

  in other words there are 3 types of elders, and they are all trying to cut a piece of wood. there are the saws, knives and hammers. saws cut wood easy, but if you don't have a saw, you have to use a knife. if you don't have either a saw or a knife, then you're kinda screwed because a hammer just pounds away at the congregation (wood).....
