I don't like anyone near my computer but a dub most of all. Years ago a dub "friend" came to visit. He asked to use my computer. I let him. The next time I logged on the browser home page was set to www.watchtower.or (I didn't put the G on the end) I would never give a link to that site. No more dubs allowed in my house to link to that spiritual porn site.
I would also not let anyone use my computer who didn't know what spyware or adware was. It seems to have taken over as a major threat this year.There are too many people out there who just have to click on that link with no thoughts as to what could happen.
there was a thread not too long ago about this board being 5 yrs old.. i am really curious as to how fast the membership and viewership to this board has been growing.
i think the rate of growth on this board is a good reflection of the rate of irrelevancy the wt has on it's current members since many who are here still seem to be associated with the org.
while they are posting here.. is there a chart or some kind of graph that shows the increase in membership/hits during the past 5 yrs?.

I am so comforted by their message.To survive into this new system? we must be dedicated baptised JW's who attend ALL the meeting,assemblies etc. Also be sure to get at least your 10 hours every month. Don't ever argue or criticise the elders or borg.The list goes on and on.The bottom line....MAYBE you will be concealed in the day of wrath.

i think i may have just precipitated my exit from the watchtower a little sooner than i expected.
i was really looking forward to attending easter services at a local church today, and so made arrangements to ride with a friend of mine and his wife.
my friend is a recently disfellowshiped former fellow elder.
Of course, my inlaws were earlier, and saw me, bible in hand and dressed in my Sunday best, get in the car to go to church. Needless to say, it was a very awkward moment.
They may assume you were going to church but unless they followed you to the church door they do not know for sure that you went to church. I would NEVER admit anything to an elder if they started to question me on a matter like this.They have to prove things based on facts,not assumptions. The borg does have a way of ripping families apart. You can sure see the love.
i took a ride this morning, and it must be easter sunday's fault.
