If you know those things to be wrong than learn from there example and dont do the same. Jesus will judge us ALL for what is in our hearts.
But what is in our hearts is that "the truth" ain't the truth.
Besides, how bad would things need to be before you realised it's not just the fruit but the tree itself that is rotten?

I think it's to do with the JW "mind set" otherwise known as "head f**k". They are so used to being brainwashed, they can play little mind tricks on themselves making it ok to fiddle the tax books, abuse the wife and kids, have uncontrollable behavior and drinking problems, steal from the company, copy copyrighted material, break highway law, many other minor infringements of the law (some real examples I have seen).
