I have always said "they are just a waste of oxygen" - so agreed, they shouldnt breathe.
I hate people who contribute nothing to society all their lives, but just use up resources until they die - food, air, state help, police time, on and on they go like human leaches adding nothing but their crap.
They should at least be made to pick up their own litter.
