I have both Howard articles in front of me. I've never scanned them. The JBL article is 20 pages (copied onto eleven 8.5 x 11 sheets) and the BAR article is four full-sized sheets, still bound into the original magazine (my husband used to work at BAR and he had a complete set at the time he left in 1988.)
Honestly, it would be easier just to snail mail copies of these to you, but would that be a problem? PM me.
I don't have the full version of Adobe, so I can't convert them to PDF files. (Not to mention the question of copyright ...)
I don't want to cause any more thread drift, but let me just add that if you ever get interested in the DSS material I referenced in the messages I posted in October, I do have copies of the official transcription of 4QLXXLev from the editio princeps.
