Should jws check out the share ownership of companies?

So as not to be hypocrites, yes, I believe they should.
I don't believe they should need to worry about what a business owner does with their personal profits. For example, if a major stockholder of a certain clothing manufacturer uses his salary to donate to, gasp, the Catholics....that should not be the JWs concern.
If the JWs are buying stock in a company for their personal investment, then they should check to ensure that company doesn't, say, manufacture military equipment or tobacco (like the stocks the WTS owns/receives revenue from).

Good JW's would also not donate to any charities that might conceivably use the donation toward anything against their beliefs. Examples would be a local hospital(might go towards blood equipment), Alhzimiers Society ( stem cell research )
