I would say that she should probably forget the incidence because that brother will probably say that SHE was the one that saved those photos to the harddrive.
Of course poor brother Dan may also not be a computer savvy person....not realizing that spam and random web pages get cached....or maybe it was a son of his. Sadly, I'm sure Kesha has been running an innuendo and gossip attack already. For the life of me I've never understood why the BOE dismisses improper behavior when it comes to "go lay fault with your brother, so he may repent". Never in all the JC or BOE incidents I've been involved in has the person come to me. A**holes!

You are certainly right when a person goes to your site and they can't see in bold letters that your not affiliated with the Watchtower. I swear some people can't see the forest for the trees. Especially in this case also. Most JWs are like that., they can't see past the end of their own noses.
What sort on nut asks a total stranger for advice on a very delicate matter. She should have like Tammy said gone to the person and said what she saw on his hard drive.(no Pun Intended) But she won't because she knows she was in the wrong by exploring his private things. I mean it takes a few steps to find out a persons personal files. So for sure she was spying on this person. She should be ashamed. But I doubt that she is.
And as for the person who owns the computer he should have just said no, but then on the other hand maybe he wanted some one to see that on his PC and that gives him an out of the witnesses.
People are never what they seem. So my husband tells me . I always take people at face value. I never think people have perhaps hidden things about themselves they don" 't want others to know about.
I suppose that is called "skeletons in the closet.".
This girl had to travel all over his private information and if that person who owns that PC should be able to find out in a split second if someone was going through his private stuff. All he has to do is look in history.
Thats how I find out the places my son visits when he uses my pc. Personally deep down I think that this brother doesn't care anymore. Of course that is just my opinion.
But what ever transpires from this, it boils down to she said he said. Is the committee ever going to confiscate a persons personal property?. Yeh when hell freezes over.
