Avi... most European countries (and Canada as well) have laws against 'hate speech' that would be considered abridgement of free speech here in the US.

OK, that's just fascist. I hate hate speech, skinheads etc. ( someone very close to me was murdered by skinheads) but abridging speech is silly. Especially calling a horse gay. Now if he called the horse a flaming Ass-bandit or something of the like, fine, but "gay" is'nt even a slur.
