It is very important to back up your work. I sometimes work on my long research posts for several days; for instance, I'm working on a huge one right now on women in the early church and I back it up after every paragraph into a Word file. I have learned the hard way that it is very easy to loose all that work in a flash thanks to the tempermental nature of browser windows....

well I try not to do long posts but for longer ones I always do in Microsoft Word first and spell check etc. Save it and then copy and paste

When I have a long post, I do it in word first, save it, then copy it to JWD.
