We had a wonderful Ostara celebration; poetry, prayers, "communion", chocolate, cherry port, dying eggs, planting basil and sweetpeas,and a small luncheon afterward. It' nice to observe the rythm of the earth and seasons. It's been a long, cold winter in this neck of the woods, and observing the beginning of spring reminds me it will stop!
I'm sure any real pagan would find we come up short, though!
