Actually, inquirer, when this first came out, people were fooled. Note that this was a group outside the UN that submitted this not the UN itself. For example, you could submit something to the UN, but it doesn't mean the UN is supporting it. That is why I highlighted the hoax part. If I highlight something like that you can trust me that it is a hoax. Next time I will be more clear or just not post it. I hate to give life to an old hoax.

So in other words, what you are trying to tell us here is that you think this maybe could possibly be in some way or some part something of a hoax?
