Which do you beleive is more corrupted organized relegion or government? And why?

Ninja,
Both and neither, it depends SO MUCH on circumstances. Human beings, when ever they organize, reek with coruption, because we are faulty beings.

Both are corrupted.
Religion is worse though as the corruptions are blasphemous. Religion hides behind God / Satan and uses them as an excuse... "Its God's will" (when it never is) and "Satan made me do it" / "Its the demons" (when they cant accept responsibility - remind you of a certain superstitious religion?)
